Dale Eldridge - CEO, is a proven start-up executive with more than 20 years of experience in raising capital, drafting and executing complex business deals, as well as developing teams that win in high growth markets. He has served in a variety of executive roles in his career, including Vice President of Infinium Labs Broadband Group where he worked with such companies as MCI, SBC, AT&T and Comcast. He also served as President and CEO of Project 37, a leading technology company.
Tom Wong - CFO, is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of international finance and interactive entertainment industry experience. He has served in a variety of roles that have allowed him to develop successful and profitable business strategies and financial plans. Tom has worked in senior executive positions at such companies as Infinium Labs (OTC BB:IFLB), a revolutionary game technology company where he served as Chief Financial Officer and was instrumental in taking the company public. He was CFO of Titus Software, a leading interactive video game company, as well as SVP positions at Major regional banks, such as General Bank, Whitney National Bank and Dominion Bancshares. He has a Masters Degree from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Tad Cooper - EVP Development, has over 15 years experience in the development, construction, and operations of energy, renewable energy, environmental, and construction projects. Energy technologies include wind energy, ethanol, biodiesel, anaerobic digesters, and biomass distributed co-generation. He has been involved in projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. Project sizes have ranged from very small to in excess of $200 million. Previous clients include Alliant Energy, Windcor Power Systems, MidAmerican Energy, Green Energy Products, DBE Energy, Ethyl Alternative Fuels and Pine Lake Ethanol.
Recent Renewable Energy Development Experience: Wind Energy - Pennsylvania: Mr. Cooper was lead contact for the development of a 27-MW wind energy facility. The project began in 2004 and finished construction in November 2006. Services include general project management, wind assessment services, interconnection services, project finance and tax equity services. Project size was approximately $35 million - $40 million. Ethanol - Wisconsin: Tad is currently directing the development of project finance for a 100-million-gallon per year corn-to-ethanol facility to begin construction in 2007. Mr. Cooper's main services include working directly with institutional debt and equity sources to provide necessary captial for the project as well as direct contract negotiations with the main off-takers. Project size is approximately $190 million. Biodiesel - Missouri: Currently lead of Project Development team of 50 - million-gallon per year biodiesel plant. Construction is expected to begin in summer of 2007. Services include senior level project management, contract negotiation, and construction managment.
William Harrington - CMO, is recognized as a global leader in the marketing, branding and sale promotion industry. At Darcy, McManus and Masius (DM&M), he helped found the sales promotion department for one of the largest advertising agencies in the U.S. He developed the sports sponsorship program for Anheuser-Busch still in existence today. Other clients included AT&T, Southwestern Bell and General Mills. In addition to the foregoing, he is co-founder of the Zipatoni Company, widely recognized as one of the top ten sales promotion and marketing firms in the nation. His clients have included Coca Cola, Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., Miller, Quaker, RJ Reynolds, Philip Morris Nestle Purina, Energizer, Hostess, Ameren Energy, and Hallmark. It is this experience and Mr. Harrington’s previous work during the deregulation of telecommunication and retail energy businesses that lead him to this new opportunity in renewable energy.
Gregory White - VP Development, has experience in the renewable fuels area, specializing in the development of ethanol projects. Clients have included groups involved in both ethanol and biodiesel. Mr. White has also been involved with various size projects in the wind energy, waste-to-energy, chemical process, and power generation industries. Each of the projects inovled complex issues reating to business planning, feasibility studies, siting, permitting, transportation logistics, resource availability, utility costs, business structures, finance structures, supply and off-take contracts and professional services.
Recently, Greg was the lead negotiator for a Gas Purchase Agreement (GPA) with a major U.S. utility. The long-term contract provided an investment-grade off-take agreement for biogas created by an anaerobic digester. Greg is well versed in the laws and regulations relating to environmental attributes, including production tax credits (PTCs) and renewable energy credits (RECs). He has experience with carbon credit trading, renewable fuels standards (RFS) and various government grants and subsidies.
Andy Limbaugh - EVP Government Relations, has been COO of a manufacturing company that produced digital video recording devicesfor the video security-facility access control industry. Andy directed operations and led the development, marketing and implementation of vertical markets utilizing corporate strategic alliances. He developed and implemented various marketing and business plans designed to integrate the over-abundance of products and services of for-profit companies, to the acquisition/donation divisions of not-for-profit companies. In addition, Andy became sales contractor for a Chicago software company that provided financial institutions with a software solutions package for securities-based (investment) instruments. Following 9/11, Andy worked with various government agencies, including the State of Missouri and Federal Departments of Homeland Security, GSA and branches of the Armed Forces, achieving continual product enhancement demands while maintaining best regulatory practices. Andy has consulted with elected and appointed federal, state and local officials regarding existing security laws involving video/audio surveillance, facility access control and Internet counterterrorism. Andy is a registered lobbyist with the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
Patricia Anagnos - VP Marketing and Media Relations, brings special event planning, marketing, and public relations experience. She has authored successful strategic marketing plans that incorporate media buys, community participation, and sales promotions with various budget restrictions. Tricia specializes in designing, writing, and implementing grassroots promotions. As a freelance writer, she has consulted on crisis communications plans for non-profit organizations and small businesses. While working for the Family Arena, her publicity efforts included original media kits, news releases, press conferences, event coverage, interviews, and recap evaluation documents for all arena events, including NBA Basketball exhibition games, Disney on Ice, World's Toughest Rodeo, Shriner's Circus and political rallies such as President George W. Bush's visit with U.S. Senator Jim Talent. As a contractor of corporate communications for Anheuser-Busch Comapnies, Inc., she worked on projects including FIFA World Cup Soccer in Argentina and U.S. Clydesdale tours.
